Springdale Fire Department is recruiting highly trained and motivated people with exceptional customer service skills who are interested in becoming Firefighter/Paramedics or Firefighter/EMT's with one of Arkansas's most progressive Fire/Rescue/EMS departments.
The new age range for eligibility is 21-35 years of age.
Pay range for Firefighter/Paramedics is currently $37,025 to $55,538 on a ten year pay plan.
Pay range for Firefighter/EMT's is currently $30,090 to $43,820 on a ten year pay plan.
Our members receive holiday pay and automatic FLSA overtime in addition to the above base pay.
We offer excellent benefits, including pension under Arkansas LOPFI, health insurance under Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and a variety of other benefits under the city cafeteria plan.
