6. 3^rd Reading from February 26, 2008

An Ordinance rezoning 1.3 acres owned by the City of Springdale located at 618-706 Jefferson Street from Medium Density Multi-family Residential District (MF-12) to General Industrial District (I-2) and declaring an emergency.

7. Public Hearing

An Ordinance releasing, vacating, and abandoning a portion of a utility easement located on property owned by Christian G. Blankers and Kendra G. Blankers of Springdale, Arkansas, to declare an emergency and for other purposes, presented by petitioners Christian G and Kendra G. Blankers.

8. Planning Commission Recommendations by Staff Engineer Ben Peters:

WAIVER:

A Resolution approving a waiver of street improvements, drainage, curbs, gutters, and sidewalks as set forth in Ordinance No. 3725 to Elway Street in connection with Dorothy Richey.

9. An Ordinance annexing certain property into the City of Springdale, Washington County, Arkansas; property located on the southeast corner of the intersection at 64^th Street and Watkins, presented by Jeff Harper, City Attorney.

10. A Resolution establishing a procedure for the selection and appointment of Civil Service Commissioners; presented by Councilwoman Kathy Jaycox.

11. A Resolution terminating the agreement between the City of Springdale, Arkansas and Construction Dynamics Group, Inc. presented by Councilman Mike Overton.
