3. Entertain Motion to read all Ordinances and Resolutions by title only.

4. A Resolution authorizing the execution of a lease agreement between the City of Springdale, Arkansas, and Wichita Baseball, Inc.

5. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a contract for architectural and engineering services for the Baseball Project.

6. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement with Engineering Services, Inc. for design of street improvements in connection with the Ball Park Project.

7. A Resolution authorizing the offering of Sales and Use Tax refunding and improvement bonds to finance all or a portion of the costs of refunding sales and use tax bonds, street improvements, and baseball stadium improvements; authorizing the execution of a bond purchase agreement; and prescribing other matters pertaining thereto.

8. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement with Reed and Associates for appraisal services in connection with the Ball Park Project.

9. An Environmental Phase I Study Contract with Carter-Burgess Engineering for proposed Duncan site.
