6. Ordinance Committee Report & Recommendations by Chairperson Kathy Jaycox:

A. An Ordinance granting a three (3) year extension of Ordinance No. 1380 “Granting a Franchise to Operate and Maintain a Cable Television System within the Incorporated Areas of Springdale, Arkansas, and setting forth conditions accompanying the granting of this Franchise”.

B. An Ordinance to amend Sec. 26-43, et. seq., of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Springdale to provide for permitting process for a carnival or circus within the City of Springdale, Arkansas.

7. An Ordinance annexing certain property into the City of Springdale, Washington County, Arkansas located south of Hwy 412 (E. Robinson) and east of Habberton Road, presented by Robert A. Ginnaven III, attorney for petitioners Jeffery B. and Jamie K. Lee.

8. An Ordinance annexing certain property into the City of Springdale, Washington County, Arkansas located south of Hwy 412 (E. Robinson) and east of Habberton Road, presented by Bill Watkins, attorney for petitioners Homestead Homes, LLC.

9. Police and Fire Committee Report & Recommendations by Chairman Eric Ford:

A. An Ordinance to waive competitive bidding for the purchase of digital video cameras and a data transfer/storage server for the Police Department.

B. A Resolution amending the 2006 Budget of the Police Department.

10. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Springdale, Arkansas, concerning adjourning a city council meeting.
