A. An Ordinance granting a three (3) year extension of Ordinance No. 1380 “Granting a Franchise to Operate and Maintain a Cable Television System within the Incorporated Areas of Springdale, Arkansas, and setting forth conditions accompanying the granting of this Franchise”.

B. An Ordinance to amend Section 26-43, et. Seq., of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Springdale to provide for permitting process for a carnival or circus within the City of Springdale, Arkansas.
C. An Ordinance amending Article 6, Section 3.5 (Open Air Enterprises) of the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Springdale, Arkansas, declaring an emergency; and for other purposes.
D. An Ordinance amending Article 5 (adding Unit 44, Mobile Vending Site) of the Zoning Ordinance for the City of Springdale, Arkansas; and for other purposes.
