8. An Ordinance accepting a new addition to the City of Springdale, Arkansas to be known as Chadwick Subdivision, a subdivision to the City of Springdale, Arkansas, and declaring an emergency, presented by Patsy Christie, Planning Director.

9. An Ordinance annexing certain property (located south of John Johnson Road and east of George Anderson Road) into the City of Springdale, Washington County, Arkansas, declaring an emergency and for other purposes, presented by Patsy Christie, Planning Director.
