5. Entertain Motion to read all Ordinances and Resolutions by title only.

6. Planning Commission Reports and Recommendations by Planning Director Patsy Christie:

A. An Ordinance amending the Springdale Code of Ordinances by adding Chapter 56 Landscape and Buffers; establishing Minimum Standards; Landscaping Plan Specifications; Appeal Procedures; declaring an emergency; and for other purposes.

B. An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 2184, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Springdale, Arkansas, and the amendments thereto, in its entirety, and adopting a new zoning ordinance, and to declare an emergency.

C. An Ordinance amending Section 22-91 of The Code of Ordinances of the City of Springdale, Arkansas and to adopt the National Electrical Code, 2002 Edition in its entirety except for Article 80; and for other purposes.

7. Street and Capital Improvement Committee Report and Recommendations by Chairman Rick Evans:

A. A Resolution authorizing contract execution for improvements to West End Street from Wesley Avenue to Watson Avenue and establishing budget for the project.

8. Ordinance Committee Report and Recommendations by Chairman Billy Eden:

A. An Ordinance authorizing the Springdale Police Department to collect a fee for taking and entering every bail or delivery bond; to declare an emergency and for other purposes.

9. A Resolution authorizing the sale of motor vehicles of the Springdale Police Department, and other miscellaneous city property. Presented by Police Chief Sid Rieff.
