a) An Ordinance ordering the razing (demolition) and removal
of a certain residential structure within the City of Springdale, Arkansas,
located at 428 Holcomb Street, to declare an emergency and for other purposes.

authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an advertising contract with
The Morning News of Northwest Arkansas.
