6. Presentation from Atikins Benham Group on the JB Hunt Park Master Planning Process:

7. Tabled from 04-23-02 – A Resolution approving an increase in plot fees at the Bluff Cemetery. Presented by Sam Goade, Director of Public Works Department.

8. Tabled from 04-23-02 - A Resolution approving a budget amendment for the Bluff Cemetery to construct decorative security fence along Shiloh Street. Presented by Sam Goade, Director of Public Works Department.

9. Presentation of an overview of “City of Springdale Street Evaluation & Recommendations Report” as prepared by the Public Works Department. (Report passed out at previous council meeting). Presented by Sam Goade, Director of Public Works Department.

10. Introduction of plan to reorganize present Public Works Department staff and a plan for funding of weekend community service program. Information will be distributed at the council meeting. However, no action will be requested on this matter at this time. Presented by Sam Goade, Director of Public Works Department.

11. Planning and Community Development Division by Director Patsy Christie:

a) An Ordinance ordering the razing (demolition) and removal of a certain residential structure within the City of Springdale, Arkansas, located at 428 Holcomb Street, to declare an emergency and for other purposes.

12. A Resolution authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an advertising contract with The Morning News of Northwest Arkansas. Presented by Wyman Morgan, Director of Administration and Financial Services.
