A. DUI
Arkansas has attempted to curtail underage drinking/driving by
passing what is sometimes called a “zero tolerance” law, which means if
you are under 21 years of age, it is unlawful under the Arkansas DUI law
to drive with a BAC level of .02% to .07%.
If convicted of DUI #1, the defendant will receive a minimum
$100 fine, be required to perform public service, and be required to
have an alcohol assessment, and their driver’s license will also be
suspended by the State.
