Sec. 110-61. Enforcement.
The planning and community development director or his/her designated representative shall be responsible for enforcement of the provisions of this article. Corrective actions to be taken or penalties assessed on streets under section 110-58 shall be determined by the planning and community development director or his/her designated representative with the approval of the city council.
