Sec. 106-1. Drainage criteria manual adopted.

That the City of Springdale Drainage Criteria Manual, a copy of which is on file in the city clerk's office and made a part hereof as though set out herein word for word, is hereby adopted in its entirety.

Editor's note--Ord. No. 2999, § 2, adopted June 27, 2000 repealed in their entirety the provisions of section 106-1 which pertained to scope and classification of stormwater drainage and derived from the Code of 1973, § 35-1. Ord. No. 2999, § 1, called for the adoption of the drainage criteria manual and was added to this Code as section 106-1 as currently set out herein, at the discretion of the editor.
