Sec. 90-26. Members.

The city planning commission shall consist of nine members who shall be appointed by the mayor with the approval of the city council. The members shall not otherwise hold a public office. The terms of the members shall be as follows:

Thereafter, the terms of the members shall be four years. Any vacancies shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment for the remainder of the unexpired portion of the term.
