Sec. 6-3. Annual privilege tax.

The business of storing, transporting and/or selling of liquor is hereby declared to be a privilege; for the exercise of the privilege an annual privilege tax is hereby levied as follows:

(1) Wholesaler's permit . . . . $ 500.00

(2) Retail dispenser's permit . . . . 250.00
